Beer Sausage (Zywiecka Sausage)
Made from selected pork and beef meat fragments with a unique blend of seasonings. Zywiecka sausage has a firm consistency it’s smoked and slightly dry, and the casing peels off easily. Prepared with traditional Polish recipe.
Ingredients:
Pork Meat, Water, Salt, (modified cornstarch, carrageenan, xanthan gum, phosphates, maltodextrin, sodium isoascorbate, monosodium glutamate, spice extracts), sodium nitrite, potato starch, sodium tripolyphosphate, (spices, dextrose, spice extractives, Hydrolyzed corn protein, yeast extract), sodium erythorbate.
Stuffed into inedible casing.
Remove casing prior to consumption.
